Hi there,
We are experiencing the above with our easy worship program I am not in the country and would like to get this sorted for our parish as Holy Week our most important time of the year is approaching.
We repurchased this on Jan 3rd 2024, do we have to re register every year when our subscription is renewed?? As stated I am not in the country and don't have the laptop with me. Is there some way to fix this without me having access to this laptop?
