Monthly/Yearly Subscription

Hi there, I just placed an order of Monthly/Yearly Subscription but watermark is still shown on every slide

I'm not an EW Support Person, but make sure that you use the same Email address/account when you login to EW that you used to purchase the subscription. If that doesn't take care of it due to privacy and security concerns you'll probably need to either call EW by telephone (+1-918-250-1493) during regular business hours, Mon thru Friday 9 AM - 6 PM CST,  or go to the support page (link below) and open a Support Ticket. Unfortunately it's doubtful you'll hear from them before Monday the 13th.
