EW 7.3 - unable to create new song - cannot edit previously saved songs

Check you default song theme and change it to a new one and see if that corrects the issue.

I keep getting the "exception error" that's been referenced on few other topics. I've reinstalled EW7.3 numerous times and the error still keeps popping up for various songs and I cannot create a new song. Is there anything about EW7.3 that would cause this? Is there an issue with Windows 10 and this version of EW?
