Good day,

I hope somebody could give me some guidance.

I would like to know if the text on the backgrounds in the service pack can be edited.

Or will the text always be as displayed in the preview?

If you're meaning the text on the backgrounds, like Welcome, Easter, God Bless.... and so on, No, it cannot be edited. That is part of the videos/images.
