Can't restore songs after computer format

You created a ticket about this. So I have replied to it and we can work on it about this.

I had to reformat the church's computer as it wasen't going into Windows.
In the past, I just had to copy the Public Documents data and recopy it over (connected the hard drive in another computer to access the files). But when I recopy the data, I don't have the songs database.
Please help?
