HELP> Imported three corrupted mp3 files. Will not run, can't edit them and can't delete them, EW7 locks up (not responding). The three files will propagate throughout our system if I use this one computer. How do I remove the three files?

Go to your Audio folder in your profile folder (default location is C:\Users\Public\Documents\Softouch\Easyworship\Default\Resources\Audio) and you can delete them there.

Thank you for your help. The process cleared two of the three files. The last one says "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Easy Worship 7.

David, when you close EasyWorship the EasyWorship Helper (the blue EW icon in the Notification area of the Windows Taskbar). You have click on that Icon and select the EXIT option to fully close EW. Rebooting the computer would have closed the EW Helper.
