I generally reuse the previous week's schedule for ongoing worship programs. I load last week's schedule, delete what I don't need for the current week then "save as" the new week's name. After doing that, when I add new hymns, I try to drop them (using the white line indicator) when I want them in the program and they end up above where they are placed, consistently.
