Are you by any chance trying to run the latest build of EW7 on Windows 7? If so you need to revert back to 7.1.4.2 as none of the 7.2.x.x builds will run on Windows 7.
If that is not it you need to provide what Version and Build of EW you are running and what OS you are using.
