I have had trouble with the latest EW6 - I use MP4 files for worship songs and for no reason the system will freeze and we have to close down and restart. The problem seems to have occurred when I upgraded to windows 10. Very embarrassing as we have just opened a new church centre!

You will need to make sure that you have a decoder that will work for those files installed on the machine. You can use QuickTime or you can install the K-Lite decoder.
