When I select "New Song" from the dropdown menu, by default it opens up and places the curser in the "Labels" text line. Can I get this changed so that the Curser goes into the Title box first. Maybe someone can explain what the point of a label is??? I don't use them but maybe I'm missing some feature I should be using?

Thanks for the question.
The label field is for entering slide labels like Verse 1, Chorus, Bridge...
There isn't a way to default it to the content area, you'll have to press the down arrow on the keyboard to get the cursor into the content area.
The slide labeling becomes more helpful in version 7 because it expands the color coding so that you can see what slides go together.
