When I play video media the video is slow. The videos play fine in media player, but audio sometimes lags the video and the video jumps and stops at times. I have used the same computer with easyworship for over a year and only in the last couple of months has this been happening and it is getting worse. I even tried putting the videos on my SSD drive which would be faster, but it doesn't help.

Usually this occurs when the video card cannot process the video fast enough or the processor is getting bogged down.
Please check task manager for cpu usage before opening EW and see if you have an app using a lot of cpu.
Then open EW and play the video and see how much cpu is being used.
