I have uninstalled old versions of PowerPoint 2010 and 2016 and reinstalled, then uninstalled and reinstalled Easy Worship. Now Power point slides work perfectly when first downloaded but after previewing the slides a few times some thumbnails are grayed out or go totally black, but live output is fine. After a thumbnail is corrupted it stays that way. The only way to recover is to delete the PowerPoint and reload it. Again this corruption only happens after a number of tests of previews of the slides.

Do you still have both versions of PowerPoint installed on the machine?

I only have Office 2016 on the system. It is running an Intel I5 with Windows 10 creator Edition, a Nvidia GTX 960 and a 500GB SSD.

I have installed 6.7.8 and still have problems with greyed out Power Point Thumbnails. Here is the Powerpoint troubleshooting results. As before this happens after importing a Power Point Presentation and then using it few times from the same schedule. Once a slide goes grey or balck it is reproducable. Only way to fix it is to delete the PowerPoint Presentation and re import it. It then works only a few times and the grey out comes back. This is reproducible.
