We use the DVD clip feature regularly. However, sporadically I have to reload the DVD clips after I have already saved them previously. Why does this happen?

If the DVD clips are created on another machine you may have to re-create them or if they were created on Windows 7 or 8 and then you upgraded to Windows 10 but you should not have to re-create them on the same machine unless the DVD drive has been replaced or it has 2 DVD drives and you created it in one drive and then are trying to play it in the other drive.
