I've followed the steps to move an old 2009 database to a new computer with easyworship 6. During the installation process I got an error message. Easyworship 6 now shows 0 songs, and the directory with the folder looks like this:

I am having the same problem. Did any images or videos import for you?

I got a solution via a telephone call. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't be able to explain it. The error requires an additional download to update the file before it can be imported.

If it does not convert correctly from EW 09 into EW 6 then you may need to install the EW 6 build 3.3 from this link https://easyworship.com/downloads/ew_builds/current/EasyWorship6Previous.exe:nv4lnutm]Build 3.3 Then convert the database.

Then after the data is converted install the most current EW 6 update from here https://support.easyworship.com/support/solutions/articles/6000149965-easyworship-6-5-5-pre-release:nv4lnutm]Build 5.5
