We have EW 6 and have experienced a constant issue with Cubby, our backup software. Is this a known issue?

If we leave Cubby running, then most changes to the schedule result in an application error, forcing us to kill the app and restart it. I try to remember to disable the backup software before each service, but when I forget, we have these issues.

The previous version (EW 2009?) had a similar issue (we used Wuala backup at the time) for a time, but it was eventually resolved with an update to EW.

Windows 10, desktop/tower machine, EW 6.

We do not recommend having any backup software running while EW is running. I have no experience with this specific backup software.
