Hi!
This is not a bug that I am aware of.
Does the PPT work correctly outside of EW6 when you send it to the second screen using presenter view?
Was the PowerPoint file created on this computer or a different computer?
Also can you send the PPT file to us and we can take a loot at it.

Forums Migration
Using EW6.3.3. When showing PP2013 presentation none of the transitions appear between the slides when using PP 2013 program or viewer. The only way I can get the transitions to show is by opening up PP 2013 before running the EW6 program.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
