We received multiple access violation error messages when we click on Power Point. About 4-5 windows pop up, the program continues to work, but it is really annoying. Any advice? This started happening with Windows 10 and on both years of Easy Worship....

Hello,

Install https://www.easyworship.com/downloads/Utilities/FixIE/InstallIEFixWindows10.exe:202k5b1z]this file for Windows 10 and then close and open EW back up and let me know if it still give you the access violation.

Thanks! That worked. Now there's a new problem, but I think it will go away on it's own...hopefully. The thumbnails within the program reflect only half the slides and show duplicates. However, they project onto the screen correctly. Strange.

Thanks - I had the same problem and the fix worked for me. Also finding the quarter screen preview on ppt...
Just waiting for wifi in church before we start using 6...
