We just purchased Easyworship 6. I've been testing the offline registration, however it fails. I have downloaded the offline (.ewl) file. When I choose the "Register offline using a license file" option and fill in the form fields, it fails to register. The Organization dropdown menu does not show any options to select (which I believe is where it's failing).

The email account may not be associated with the church account. You should call and talk to the orders department.
