Do the developers have an answer to why all the PowerPoint files need to be processed by the Helper program every time after I update local EW profile folder with files from my master copy?

Is there a file not in profile folder I need to include in sync procedure? What I'm doing is like a restore. This is occurring with no changes to PowerPoints or their shortcuts.

Is it due to Helper remaining active all the time? I'll add a step to kill the Helper task before sync routine starts.
