Hi,

I just migrated to EW 6 this week and I've run into a problem that I hope you can help me with. All of the audio files that we had in EW 2009 work fine in EW 6. The problem appears when I go to import a new one. I press the little plus button, browse to the mp3 file and click open and it seems to work ok but the new file is showing grey in the file list and doesn't work. If I try to save the schedule with one of the new files in it then I get an error that the file is in use. Any ideas?

I have found that any time there is a gray icon in media the EW Helper program had a problem with importing the file. Have you checked the Helper for messages? Have you tried importing again?
