Songs: Printing & Reporting (EW 6)

EasyWorship allows you to track song usage and generate song reports. EasyWorship also has the option to print a list of the songs in your Songs Library. Each time you add, print or project a song, EasyWorship tracks that action and stores it for you in a viewable and printable file.

Printing a Song Activity Report


  1. In EasyWorship's main menu bar, click on File.
  2. In the drop down menu, use your mouse to hover over the Print option.
  3. In the side menu, click on Print Song Activity Report.
  4. The Select Report Period window will appear. Enter the report period dates for which you need an activity report.
  5. Click OK.
  6. When the report appears, navigate the top menu bar for options on saving, printing, etc.


Printing a Song List Report


  1. In EasyWorship's main menu bar, click on File.
  2. In the drop down menu, use your mouse to hover over the Print option.
  3. In the side menu, click on Print Song List Report.
  4. The Song List will appear showing the alphabetical listing of the songs in your Songs Library. You can navigate the top menu bar options for printing, saving etc.


Printing a Schedule


Maybe you want your staff to be able to reference a hard copy of the service or event schedule. No problem. EasyWorship lets you print a service schedule in either a summary or detail view.


  1. In EasyWorship's main menu bar, select File.
  2. In the drop down menu, use your mouse to hover over the Print option.
  3. In the side menu, click on either Print Schedule (Details) or Print Schedule (Summary).
  4. If you click on Print Schedule (Details), each song or item in the schedule will be available for printing, page by page, including all the words on each slide of that song, and the song information of copyrights, author, etc.
  5. Navigate the top menu bar for options in printing and saving the schedule report.
