PowerPoint Thumbnails Are Not Correct

This issue can occur if you have made changes to a PowerPoint presentation that is already in your schedule, and then you made changes to the PowerPoint, and add it back into the schedule again, but the thumbnails that appear are from the original presentation.


Follow the steps below to resolve the issue: 

  1. Open the PowerPoint program.
  2. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
  3. Make changes to the PowerPoint presentation in the PowerPoint program.
  4. Save the PowerPoint presentation. 
  5. In EasyWorship, right-click the PowerPoint presentation in your schedule.
  6. Click Refresh Thumbnails.
