Can Technical Support Control Your Computer Remotely?

Yes. If you call for support and we are not able to resolve your issue by walking you through it over the phone or if we aren't able to direct you to an existing support article to fix your issue, one of our technicians can remotely access your computer using a secure remote control service provided by Splashtop to help you out.

Support Hours:     9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Standard Time Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
                             10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Standard Time Thursday


The Customer Service Representative will transfer you to a technician if a remote session is needed.
