Servers Don't Appear In Android Remote App

Issue


In the Android Remote App, when accessing the Servers list, none of the servers appear.



Solution


Follow these steps to resolve the issue: 


  1. First try rebooting the device. If this problem continues to occur often after rebooting, continue to step 2. 
  2. Turn on Airplane Mode, then turn Airplane Mode off.
  3. If this works, go to your phone settings and search for "Switch to mobile data automatically". 
  4. Disable this feature.
