Black Screen In Live Output Window With Intel UHD Or Intel HD Graphics Cards

If you are getting a black screen in the Live Output window and you have an Intel UHD or Intel HD graphics card, you can try a few steps to remedy this issue.


Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Right-click the desktop and go to Intel UHD Graphics Control Panel or Intel HD Graphics Control Panel.
  2. Click on Video.
  3. Click on Image Enhancement.
  4. Disable both the Skin Tone Enhancement and Contrast Enhancement, and click Apply.
  5. Re-open EasyWorship and go live to an item and see if it now displays properly in EasyWorship.
