[Equipment Configurations] System Requirement for New Version

We are looking to get a new laptop to run EW. I thought that before we bought one we should ask about the system requirements for the new version. I am cool with it not being out yet but could you tell me if the system specs will change, if you know? Thanks.

We really don't recommend specific models because they change so often. You just need a computer with the NVIDIA GTX graphics cards that support three or four displays. You may also need to get adapters if you are using all vga connections.
We have just upgraded to Easy Worship 6 and need to purchase a new computer. Are there any computer models that you would recommend for either a desktop or laptop. We would need three outputs. Thank you,
The rest of the system should be ok to handle EasyWorship 6, but it may not run great.
The specs for the new version are higher than the old version.
It should be able to handle basic use.
The ATI 5470 is a fairly low end video card.
Right now we are seeing delay issues with ATI and AMD graphics cards.
Our developers are looking into the cause.
I have an HP Pav Dv7
Intel core i5 CPU M460 2.53 ghz
installed mem 4g
64 bit oper sys
ati radion hd5470 512 mb
intel hd graphics 1.68 gc

Will this work? We have already purchased the upgrade and having problems with "Not Responding" while running the software.

Has anyone tried running this software on a Microsoft Surface tablet?

If this isn't going t work, how do I revert back to the prior verion of easy worship 9?
Hi, Rodger. I'm really looking forward to Easyworship 6. We are now upgrading our machine and I wonder if you could give me your opinion on whether these will do for HD motions and videos. Thanks in advance!

Dell Vostro
3.0GHz i7
SATA 500gb
Nvidia GT740M 2GB

Asus Ultrabook
2.0GHz i7
1 TB + 24GB SSD
NVIDIA Geforce GT740M

Caio.
When we have both a mac and pc version available, the schedules will be able to used on either operating system.
Rodger,

I might have missed this answer but will a schedule built on a Mac be usable on a Windows machine and visa versa?

Ed
Here is what we have right now.

recommended hardware.
Windows 7 or 8
3.0 GHz Intel I5 or I7 processor with minimum of 8 GB RAM
Dual output NVIDIA GeForce GTX series graphics card or better. 750, 760. 770... models.
SSD Drive with 1 GB of free space.

Normal (minimum to run)
Windows Vista
2.4 GHz Intel Core2Duo oor i3 with 4 GB RAM
Dual output graphics card.
1 GB free hard drive space
Now that you are close to an actual release, have you nailed down the recommended hardware specs? We would like to make sure that our computer is up to par or needs upgrading.
That all looks good to me. I personally don't see the need for the after market cpu cooler. I've always had good luck with the intel coolers. But, it won't hurt anything.
I was out of town for the weekend and then busy, HMMM I set them as public not sure why you couldn't see them
OK they decided they want me to build the PC so here is what I am planning on recommending
Would also need the video capture card. We want to be able to eventually stream the video back on the screen and overlay the words.
is there anything else we would need, We have two SS broadcast cameras and switcher.
of course our long term goal is live streaming services

I can't see the wishlists that you linked to. You may just have to give me a list of the components or a link to the computer.
Rodger Thoughts?

I've come up with 3 options
Opt 1
https://secure.newegg.com/WishList/MySa ... D=29746347
Pluses Lower cost Windows 7 albeit Home Premium
minuses Marginal PS

Opt 2
https://secure.newegg.com/WishList/MySa ... D=18746174
Pluses Slightly faster, more exp slots, slightly larger PS
Minuses cost more Windows

Opt 3
Build
I don't have a complete list but and est around $1,200
Pluses better components Windows 7 Pro larger PS
Minuses highest cost

then on either we would include a video capture card.... I'm finding the viewcast Osprey 260E close to $500 OUCH
Yes the 2009 HD requirement will do well for the next version.
In short :
3.0 Ghz Intel I5 or I7 processor.
4 or more Gig of memory
Nvidia GeForce GTX 650, 660, 670, 680, 690 / 750, 760, 770, 780, 790 video card.

The upgrade to the 2009 only covers 2009.
The next version will be a $49 upgrade from 2009.
If you skip 2009, it will be $149 to upgrade.
We are looking to switch from our "weak" laptop to a new desktop. I have been tasked with computer requirements. We are currently running EW 2007 I have recommended Going with the HD requirements and upgrading to EW 2009, I want to make sure the HD requirements will be gracious plenty for 2013. Also not sure if I should ask this here or another thread but if we upgrade to 2009 now will that "include" the upgrade to 2013 or should we just wait till 2013 comes out?
thanks Tom
