I have converted this to a ticket so we can help you. 


I keep getting a message that I'm using an invalid credit card when I try to pay.  It's the only card available and have had no issues using it anywhere else.

please I tried canceling monthly subscription so i can subscribe for yearly, but i was still billed monthly.
