Download and install the NDI camera  from the play store on your Android phone. You will have to pay for it as it is not free. EW 7 will then pick up that NDI output from your phone as an NDI feed. You will need to have a local wireless network that both devices are connected to.

Try apps like AirDroid and DroidCam to make the phones visible as Feeds to EW. The link below explains how to setup the feeds.
