PowerPoint Files Not Loading In Schedule But Will Load In The Presentations Tab

Issue


This issue occurs when you can add a PowerPoint to the Presentations tab in EasyWorship, and then drag it to the Schedule area and it will work, but will not work when you try to add it directly to the Schedule. 



Solution


Try these steps to resolve the issue:


  1. Close EasyWorship.
  2. Turn off Syncing for OneDrive or any other software that you are using to sync or backup files to the cloud drive.
  3. Open EasyWorship.
  4. Try to add a PowerPoint presentation directly to the Schedule.
