Issue

When you are having a problem with your screens switching or duplicating onto another monitor, this is NOT an EasyWorship issue, but rather an issue with your Windows display settings.

Solution

In order for EasyWorship to display properly, here are some settings you will need to check first in the Windows Display settings.

Windows 10

  1. Right-click on desktop, click Display Settings.
  2. In the Multiple Displays drop-down menu, make sure it is set to Extend these displays or Extend desktop to this display. If not, select that option in the menu, and click Apply.
  3. A pop-up message will appear asking you to Keep Changes or Revert. Click on Keep Changes, and then close the window.

Windows 7/Windows 8

  1. Right-click on desktop, click Screen Resolution.
