Both in EW6 & 7, I cannot get the web address bar to appear. In EW6, it appears momentarily when I press the WEB button, but then disappears. EW7, does not show at all.

I believe this has something to do with Internet Explorer. It seems to be on one computer only.

Connected and found that even though IE wasn't set to use easyworship.com as the homepage, EW thought it was. I reset the homepage in IE to something different and it started working.

What happens when you click web at the top next to SongSelect?
The screenshot shows the EasyWorship media store page.

Nothing. The address box never shows.

In EW6, the address bar briefly displays, then disappears.

can you attach a screenshot? What is set as the homepage for IE?

Make sure the homepage on IE is not set to http://www.easyworship.com

It is not and still having the same problem.
